Our microgreens are harvested weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays for our current clients. Gourmet mushrooms are harvested daily as they are picked at optimum ripeness. Custom orders and delivery schedules are available.

Boreal Greens Co. is an Urban Agriculture Company producing fresh greens, herbs vegetables and edible flowers in the heart of Markham. The company operates a vertical farming facility with weekly harvests of some of the most nutritious crops in the GTA.
