It is heavy duty but kind on the hands.
I have two lighting sets containing15 crystals each.
In the past, I have to take all the crystals down, soak them in soap water, scrub with a brush but I can still feel them sticky from the greasy cooking.
Now, just a few drops on a rag, simply wipe each crystal and they are sparkling! I did all 30 crystals in 10 minutes, all without glove and my hands are dry up. Super happy!

there was a stubborn stain on my son's favorite sweater. Someone suggested pre-treating it with Snap Heavy Duty cleaner. It worked! Ever since that, I add it to the wash cycle when I wash his heavily soiled clothes and they come out clean with no pre-treating.
