Wai Tak Kee is a retail and wholesale store that has been in operations since 2005 in GTA. They specialize in nutritious, delicious and fine quality chinese snacks. Their speciality is traditional Chinese and fusion recipes using all natural wholesome fresh ingredients. Some of their popular snacks to die for are Tofu crisps, different kinds of Nougat, pineapple cookies, walnut biscuits, walnut and dates (soft chewy candy), Sesame Amber Walnuts to name a few. Wai Tack Kee’s journey began in Hong Kong, where throughout his childhood Joe Tam would bond with his mother in their small kitchen, hand making traditional Chinese snacks. His love for crafting the perfect recipe led him to enroll in Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he learned baking techniques and opened his own bakery.
