I ordered this necklace because one of my best girlfriends had the same one. I like it can layered with my other necklace. This is a classic design.
However, when I received my necklace, it came with what looked like a 'returned' clear plastic bag. And the necklace itself, the lock side loop is different than my girlfriend's, and the length is shorter than hers. I don't really appreciate the same product coming out with two kinds of finish.

To better assist you, could you please verify the length of the necklace you received? The Phoenix chain is 17 inches, and we have additional variations like the Leon at 24 inches and the Storm at 16 inches.
