Return Policy Details

RETURN POLICY
Only non-food baskets may be returned. For all returns, merchandise must be returned to our office by the purchaser within 30 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are at the customer's expense.

If your basket or a product in your basket arrives damaged, Cornucopia will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for each item cancelled in an order before an order ships out. Once an order ships out, there is no way to cancel the order.

SUBSTITUTION
If an item is out of stock, Cornucopia will switch item for one of equal or greater value. Cornucopia may substitute items (such as chocolate), that may melt, etc., due to extreme weather conditions.
