"Altitude Sports sent my package to the wrong address, in the wrong town, in a place where I have never lived. They refused to take responsibility for this. Jennifer in customer service was incredibly unhelpful. They are now going to make me wait for probably a month or two while the package is returned to them, and then they may or may not issue a refund. Who knows. I don't think I've ever experienced worse customer service."
